Here's everything you need to know.
All orders are pre-order only — until further notice. No hair is available for immediate pickup, shipping or same-day fulfillment. Please plan ahead.
How You Can Order
At TheRMStudio, we make it easy to get your hair exactly the way you need it. All orders must be placed in advance — every piece is ordered specifically for you, which means no two clients ever receive the same experience.
Appointment Order
Ordering hair for your upcoming service? Place your order well in advance and we'll have everything ready for your appointment date. Include your appointment date in the notes at checkout so we can plan accordingly.
Studio Pickup
Prefer to collect your order in person? Select pickup at checkout. Once your order has been processed and received, we'll reach out to schedule your pickup window at the studio.
Processing & Delivery Timeline
Every order at TheRMStudio is a pre-order. All orders require 5–10 business days to be processed and received before they are ready for pickup or shipment — no exceptions.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
We strongly recommend placing your order a minimum of 10 business days before your appointment to avoid any delays.
TheRMStudio is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or weather-related disruptions once your order has been shipped.
